Mobile Multimedia Equipment

Computer On Wheels (COWS)

Mobile equipment is available for checkout by UTPB faculty and full-time staff.  These systems can be used in any classroom in the Mesa Building.

 

• Windows Computers
• Web/Internet Access for all computers
• Microsoft Office
• Projection Capability
• Audio Capability
• Document Projection Capability (Available on select COWS)
• Printing Capabilities (Available on select COWS)

 

Checkout Procedures:

1. Submit a service request including the Date(s) and Time(s) the COW* is needed.
2. An email response will be sent with Pickup Information.
3. Pick up the COW** from the IRD Lab Assistant in MB 2215. Signature of UTPB Faculty or Full-Time Staff member required.
4. Return the COW** to MB 2215 when the event is complete.

*Please note, COWS may only be checked out by Faculty and Full-time staff members. COWS are only for use in the Mesa building.

**Users are responsible for PICKUP AND RETURN.
