Student Password Reset

Request for Password Reset

If you are on campus, the quickest way to reset your password is to go theST 2103, The Information Resources Division office.  Be sure to bring your valid student ID card with you.  Otherwise, fill out and submit this form.  Once the form is submitted, your password will be reset to the default which is your first name + your birthdate in the form of mmddyyyy (ex. john07131970).

Remember, student E-mail addresses use the format:  Lastname_FirstInitial+last 3 digits of the student UID.  A student named John Smith with a UID of 899-76-1234 would have an e-mail address of smith_j234@utpb.edu
